Job summary

Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality care across diverse settings. You will apply the nursing process, collaborate with clinicians, and support patients throughout prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.

Ideal candidates have an accredited nursing degree, an active RN license with multistate licensure preferred, at least one year of experience including six months in travel nursing, and a residency located at least 60

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver personalized nursing care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide care across all phases, including prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Coordinating care, performing patient assessments, education, triage, and executing various nursing interventions.
• Practicing within the scope of nursing standards, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines, and maintaining required competencies and certifications.
