Proforma Health Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care across diverse settings, using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs.

The role requires an active RN license, at least 1 year of nursing experience with 6 months of travel nursing, and residency within 60 miles of the facility. Weekly pay and a robust benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice or multistate licensure.
• At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
• Residency at least 60 miles from the facility location.
• Competencies and certifications maintained per department standards.

• Utilize the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide personalized care.
