Job summary

Wallowa Memorial Hospital is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our patient care team on a part-time night shift.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care within the RN scope, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a rural community.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Oregon RN license required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required or ability to attain upon hire.
• ACLS, PALS and NRP certifications preferred or ability to obtain upon hire.
• ER and/or OB experience preferred, with a willingness to orient to both departments.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; proficient in EHRs.
• Passion for team-based, patient-centered care.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements and pass background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY:

Wallowa Memorial Hospital is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated patient care team. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care through every stage of treatment.

The RN is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of each patient's care plan, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal health outcomes.

All nursing duties must be performed within the RN’s scope of practice as defined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing.

QUALIFICATIONS:
