Job summary

Aspire Home Healthcare in Dublin, OH is seeking five full-time Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Dublin, Ohio team. You will provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, coordinate with physicians and care teams, and ensure top-quality outcomes for every patient.

This pay-per-visit role offers earn $120,000+ annually with high per-visit reimbursement, plus comprehensive benefits, mileage reimbursement, PTO, CE support, and retirement plan with company match.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license is required.
• 2+ years of home health nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments in home settings (SOC, Recertifications, Resumptions, Discharges).
• Develop and evaluate individualized plans of care.
• Administer medications, wound care, and treatments.
• Educate patients and families on care routines and disease management.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team.
• Document care accurately in EMR and ensure compliance with regulations.
