Qualifications

• Active OH RN license.
• OASIS and WellSky (Kinnser) experience preferred.
• Med-surg and wound care experience a plus.
• TB test within 12 months and CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to attend Dublin orientation.

• Develop and update individualized care plans.
