Aspire Home Healthcare seeks five full-time Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Dublin, Ohio team. You will provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, coordinate with physicians and care teams, and ensure top-quality outcomes for every patient.

We offer a high per-visit reimbursement model with total compensation around $120,000+ annually, comprehensive benefits, mileage reimbursement, PTO, and ongoing education support.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio.
• BSN preferred (not required).
• 2+ years of home health nursing experience.
• Skilled in managing diverse home health diagnoses.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct SOC, Recertifications, Resumptions, and Discharges.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care.
• Administer medications, wound care, and treatments.
• Educate patients and families on care routines.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists and interdisciplinary team.
• Document care accurately in EMR and ensure regulatory compliance.
