Job summary

Northside Hospital in Georgia seeks a Registered Nurse to plan and provide professional nursing care to patients in line with physician orders and hospital guidelines.

A valid Georgia RN license, current BLS, and color vision are required; ACLS/PALS or other critical-care credentials are preferred for certain units.

Shift is 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, with opportunities to collaborate across units to ensure safe, high-quality patient care and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
• Must hold Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
• Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and guidelines.
• Manage care of an assigned group of patients in line with hospital philosophy and policies.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure patient safety and high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

The Registered Professional Nurse at Northside Hospital independently plans and provides professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines, and in accordance with the scope of practice as defined by the Georgia Nurse Practice Act.

The Northside Hospital Staff Registered Professional Nurse manages care of an assigned group of patients in accordance with the philosophy and policies of Northside Hospital. Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
