Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver in-home, patient-centered care in Cortez, CO. The role offers a pay rate of $50.00 per hour, with a $3 per hour differential for nights and weekends, plus full-time, 12-hour shifts and every-other-weekend availability.

You will develop and follow individualized care plans, document care accurately, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while adhering to state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Colorado RN license required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

Overview

At Nuclear Care Partners, we provide in-home nursing care to individuals impacted by their work in the Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will make a meaningful impact by delivering skilled and compassionate, one-on-one, patient centered care directly in patients' homes. In this role you are supported by a mission-driven, nurse-led team that values your contribution and prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes.

Compensation

$50.00/hr

• $3/hr shift differential for nights and weekends

Shifts

• Full-Time, 12 hour shifts, every other weekend availability
