Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver skilled, in-home, one-on-one patient-centered care directly in patients' homes, serving individuals impacted by Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. You will be supported by a mission-driven, nurse-led team that prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes.

Role offers Part-Time and Full-Time shifts with 12-hour blocks, and a competitive $50/hr base pay plus a $3/hr night/weekend differential.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado RN license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Valid driver's license with reliable, insured vehicle is required.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients.
• Develop and follow individualized care plans.
• Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements.

Compensation

• $50/hr
• $3/hr shift differential for nights and weekends

Shifts

• Part-Time- less than 30 hours a week
• Full-Time - 12 hour shifts
