Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners in Santa Fe, NM is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver skilled, one-on-one in-home care to patients in their homes, guided by a compassionate, patient-centered approach. You will develop and follow individualized care plans, document care activities, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while upholding regulatory requirements and quality of care.

Qualifications

• RN license in NM required.

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
