Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled, in-home nursing care in White Rock, NM and surrounding areas. You will develop and implement individualized care plans, document patient progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

The role requires an active NM RN license, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with reliable, insured transportation.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in NM.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and an insured vehicle.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients.

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
