Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Boulder, CO to deliver skilled, one-on-one in-home nursing care to former atomic energy workers and related populations. Join a nurse-led team focused on patient dignity and outcomes with a mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

  • Current RN license in Colorado.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.
  • Home health experience preferred but not required.
  • Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients.
  • Develop and follow individualized care plans.
  • Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
  • Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements.

Overview

Compensation

$40.00-$54.00/hr depending on experience

$3.00/hr shift differential for nights and weekends

Shifts

  • Full-Time Nights, 12 hour shifts, every other weekend requirement
