Job summary

City-View-Multi-Care-Center is hiring a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Illinois. The role involves rounds to assess residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs, medication administration, and collaboration with physicians and the nursing leadership.

Applicants should have current Illinois licensure (RN or LPN), strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Long term care experience preferred.
• Must be a Registered Nurse or a Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing and currently licensed in Illinois.

• Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills.
