HENRY & JANE VONDERLIETH LIVING CENTER in Mount Pulaski, IL, seeks registered nursing staff for day and night shifts to deliver high-quality resident care. Nurses act as clinical resources and provide care with a family-like approach, making a meaningful difference in residents' lives.

This is a full-time opportunity with responsibilities including medication administration, patient monitoring, and coordinating care with physicians and families. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• LPN license valid in Illinois required.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for nursing care of assigned residents in accordance with nursing facility and nursing service policies and procedures.
• Recognize changes in conditions and notify the attending physician and family when resident becomes ill or is injured.
• Prepare and administer medications and treatment. Chart medications and treatments according to procedure.
• Ensure rehabilitative nursing procedures are performed.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN nursing license for the state of Illinois
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Pay Range The estimated pay range for this job. Disclosing pay information promotes competitive and equitable pay. The actual pay rate will depend on the person's qualifications and experience. $35.00 - $37.00 / hour
