Job summary

Northbrook Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide clinical leadership and hands-on skilled nursing care. The RN will collaborate with nursing staff, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality resident outcomes.

This role offers full-time day shifts, part-time evenings, and full-time nights with weekend packages available. A $5,000 RN sign-on bonus is paid over one year in quarterly increments, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current state RN licensure
• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills
• Ability to lead, mentor, and support nursing staff
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care as an RN, including comprehensive resident assessments
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Provide clinical oversight and guidance to nursing staff during assigned shifts
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor resident condition changes and intervene appropriately; communicate with providers, residents, and families
• Ensure documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with regulations
• Support quality initiatives, infection control practices, and resident safety

Compensation: $35.50 - $42 per hour | Daily Pay Available!

• PRN | All shifts | Required to work at least 2 shifts per month
