Job summary

Preferred Care Management in Bridgeton, MO is seeking Registered Nurses to provide compassionate resident care, assist physicians during rounds, and supervise nursing staff to maintain high quality of life for residents.

The role includes paid training, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, flexible schedules, and a supportive team committed to safety and excellence in long-term care. A valid RN license is required, with long-term care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Registered Nursing License.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admitting new residents
• Helping physicians during rounds of residents’ rooms
• Assigning and delegating duties to non-licensed nursing staff
• Monitoring resident care and supervising other nursing staff
• Performing ongoing assessments of residents’ physical and mental health
• Explaining procedures and treatment protocols to residents
