Sagora Senior Living is seeking a dependable LPN to join our team. The role is part-time with weekend shifts, providing high-quality care to residents across independent living, assisted living, and memory care settings.

We emphasize resident dignity, safety, and emotional well-being within a supportive team. Qualified candidates hold an LPN license, have 1+ year experience in a related setting, and can communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the employment state.
• At least 1 year of LPN experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care.
• Knowledge of medications/actions/interactions and patient assessment.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Patience and courtesy when engaging with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, safe resident care aligned with the plan of service.
• Promote residents' physical and emotional health and dignity.
• Follow infection control and safety policies and procedures.
• Report changes in resident conditions to the Resident Services Coordinator.
• Assist with activities of daily living as required and directed.
