Sagora Senior Living is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator (LPN/LVN) to lead staffing and care coordination in one of our senior living communities. The role involves coordinating staffing needs, developing care plans, working with physicians and discharge planners, and communicating with family members to ensure high-quality care for residents.

The coordinator will support the Resident Services Director, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to our patient- and family-centered

Competenze

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing (LPN/LVN).
• 1+ year of management experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care.
• Effective communication with residents, families, physicians and staff.
