Job summary

Mercer Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Per Diem RN Home Care Nurse to join our team in New Jersey. The RN will provide direct patient care and work with the home care team, with an option to case manage as well. A current NJ RN License and a minimum of 1 year of home health or equivalent experience are required.

This role may involve weekend starts of care/admissions and hours are flexible. Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills, along with basic computer skills,

Mercer Home Health Care, a leading provider of skilled home healthcare service throughout Mercer County, is seeking an experienced Per Diem RN Home Care Nurse to join our team. The RN will interact with the entire home care team is responsible for direct patient care. There is an option for the Part-time/ Per Diem RN to case manage as well. The ideal candidate must have a current NJ RN License; a minimum of 1 years home healthcare or equivalent experience (medical surgical care), excellent clinical, communication and organizational skills. This position may be weekend to perform starts of care / admissions and is flexible with hours desired.
