Job summary

Mercer Home Health seeks an RN Home Care Nurse to provide direct patient care in the home setting as part of a skilled home healthcare team in Mercer County. The RN will work with the entire home care team, ensuring high-quality care and smooth coordination.

The ideal candidate holds a current NJ RN License, demonstrates excellent clinical and communication skills, and can work independently. Training of 8-12 weeks with a designated preceptor is included, with daytime hours Monday through Friday.
