Job summary

Boca Circle Rehabilitation Center, part of Excelsior Care Group, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Boca Raton, FL. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure residents receive high-quality care across all shifts.

Qualifications include an active Florida RN license; prior nursing home experience is preferred but not required. We offer robust benefits, including a 401(k), generous PTO, and comprehensive medical/dental coverage.

Salary: $32 - $40 per hour

Position Overview:

Join our dedicated nursing team at Boca Circle Rehabilitation Center, where compassionate care and clinical excellence come first. As a Registered Nurse, you will work closely with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure our residents receive the highest standard of care every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively with DON and ADON to maintain and elevate resident care quality.
• Implement and uphold nursing protocols, ensuring compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Conduct daily nursing rounds to monitor and assure adherence to care plans and quality benchmarks.
• Support facility surveys by preparing documentation and assisting with follow-up actions.
• Address resident and family concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and resolution of grievances.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
• Prior nursing home experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to thrive in a collaborative environment.
