Job summary

Boca Circle Rehabilitation Center in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated nursing team. You will work closely with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care every day.

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida.
• Prior nursing home experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with DON and ADON to maintain and elevate resident care quality.
• Implement and uphold nursing protocols, ensuring compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Conduct daily nursing rounds to monitor and assure adherence to care plans and quality benchmarks.
• Support facility surveys by preparing documentation and assisting with follow-up actions.
• Address resident and family concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and resolution of grievances.
