Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered care across varied healthcare settings. You will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, collaborating with physicians to develop and adjust care plans.

You will deliver care through all phases—from prevention and health maintenance to diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up—while coordinating assessments, education, triage, and interventions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
