Job summary

Beaufort Memorial Hospital is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our growing team across multiple departments. This evergreen posting covers Med/Surg, ICU, ED, OR, PACU, and more, with options for day, evening, night shifts and for full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules.

Qualified candidates hold a nursing degree (ADN/BSN/MSN) and a valid South Carolina RN license, with BLS certification prior to first shift.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, BSN, MSN).
• Current South Carolina RN license.
• BLS certification required prior to first clinical shift (American Heart Association).
• Specialty certifications as applicable are required.
• Previous clinical experience in an acute care or specialty setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centered nursing care.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established standards.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the medical records.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to all regulatory, safety, and infection prevention standards.
