Qualifications

• Current state nursing licensure in Maryland.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience supervising GNAs and LPNs in a nursing home setting.

• Ability to collaborate with physicians on care plans.

Responsibilities

• Observe and monitor residents’ health and assess their needs to provide quality care
• Work with physicians to create individual care plans and assist them during required operations or procedures
• Maintain complete healthcare records and reports
• Supervise, manage, and train GNAs and LPNs on staff
• Perform routine procedures as needed, including administering medication and injections, and provide emergency medical care when necessary
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the facility
