Haven of Champaign is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team in Champaign, IL. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and care teams to support residents.

We offer flexible day, evening, and night shifts, competitive wages of $40-$45 per hour, and comprehensive benefits with opportunities for advancement. Active Illinois RN license is required; LTC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Ability to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse at Haven of Champaign, you will have the opportunity to provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting
• Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed
• Assessing, monitoring, and documenting resident conditions and care plans
• Collaborating with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Supervising and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Ensuring compliance with Illinois nursing standards and facility policies
• Responding to changes in resident conditions and providing clinical leadership during your shift
