Job summary

Preferred Care Health Centers is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in a full-time capacity in New Jersey. You will participate in resident admissions, rounds, and ongoing health assessments, while coordinating with physicians and nursing staff to ensure compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing License.
• Long Term Care Experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Admitting new residents
• Helping physicians during rounds of residents’ rooms
• Assigning and delegating duties to non-licensed nursing staff
• Monitoring resident care and supervising other nursing staff
• Performing ongoing assessments of residents’ physical and mental health
• Explaining procedures and treatment protocols to residents
