Qualifications

• Must understand and practice resident confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assists in monitoring and safe delivery of the Medication Management Program.
• Administers and accurately records medications for residents.
• Reports any concerns regarding resident health.
• Documents on Daily Shift to Shift Communication Log.

Skills
