Qualifications
Must have completed coursework and examinations for RMA certification.

Must understand and practice resident confidentiality.
Responsibilities
Assists in monitoring and safe delivery of the Medication Management Program.
Administers and accurately records medications for residents.
Reports any concerns regarding resident health.
Documents on Daily Shift to Shift Communication Log.
