Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and safe delivery of the Medication Management Program
• Administer and record medications as prescribed by the physician
• Observe ingestion and administration techniques and report observations
• Document changes and updates in the Daily Shift Communication Log
• Handle controlled substances with counting and reporting discrepancies
• Maintain medication storage and inventory records
• Assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment
• Participate in required in-service trainings and education programs
