You will perform a wide array of tests across various specialties, including Transfusion Services, Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology/Immunology, Toxicology, Special Chemistry, and Fibrinolysis. Job Overview

This role involves conducting comprehensive laboratory tests, ensuring accuracy, and reporting findings to healthcare professionals. It covers key laboratory areas, with responsibilities including operating and maintaining lab equipment, utilizing laboratory computer systems, and adhering to policies and procedures. While supervised, you are expected to work independently in specimen processing, testing, and reporting results.

Minimum Requirements

For Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT):

• Associate's degree in medical technology or related field
• MLT certification from the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP)
• Graduated from an approved MLT program; certification or registry-eligible
• MLT clinical training
• Up to 1 year of clinical experience
• Recent graduates or students finishing in May or August 2025 are encouraged to apply

For Medical Technologist (MT):

• Bachelor's degree in medical technology or related field
• MT certification from ASCP
• MT clinical training
• 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience
• Recent graduates or students finishing in May or August 2025 are encouraged to apply
