Job summary

Juice Recruitment is delighted to support a well-established care provider in Weymouth in their search for a Registered Manager to lead a supported living and domiciliary care service. This role focuses on delivering person-centred care, maintaining CQC compliance, and driving continuous improvement with a dedicated team.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in adult social care management, strong leadership, and a commitment to high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing adult social care services.
• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
• Experience supporting adults with complex needs, learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and mental health needs.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Experience overseeing medication practices, safeguarding, and quality assurance processes.
• A health and social care qualification at Level 4 or above.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding care and achieving positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a supported living and domiciliary care service.
• Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation.
• Promote and maintain exceptional person-centred care standards.
• Oversee safeguarding, medication management, health and safety, and risk management.
• Manage staffing, recruitment, rota planning, supervision, and performance.
• Drive service improvements through audits, quality monitoring, and action planning.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders.
• Manage service budgets and operational performance.
• Support business growth and occupancy through effective service promotion and assessment of care needs.
