- Proficiency in ethical use of artificial intelligence technologies preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel on registered investment companies and advisers.
- Advise on fund formation, registration, and compliance.
- Draft and review legal documents, including prospectuses and reports.
- Conduct legal research on relevant laws and industry trends.
- Advise on compliance with securities laws, including the Investment Company Act of 1940.
- Represent clients in interactions with regulatory authorities.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address legal issues.
- Provide expertise in related practices, such as mergers and acquisitions.
- Train and guide junior attorneys and legal staff.
