Responsibilities
- Provide legal, regulatory, and compliance advice to investment advisers and financial institutions globally.
- Assist in the formation and structuring of private equity, credit, hedge, and real estate funds.
- Counsel clients during SEC examinations, investigations, and enforcement proceedings.
- Collaborate with the white collar litigation department on related matters.
- Advise on Investment Company Act issues.
