• Strong drafting and negotiation skills; knowledge of fund economics and investor reporting.
• Proficiency with AI technologies in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on private investment fund formation and operation.
• Draft and negotiate fund formation documents.
• Counsel on fund governance and economic terms.
• Ensure compliance with securities laws.
• Advise on regulatory matters and filings.
• Conduct due diligence reviews.
• Support fund restructurings and secondary transactions.
