Job summary

WellTheory is expanding our Registered Dietitian team. This full-time remote role partners with members to deliver our proprietary care program, with benefits, working Monday - Friday 10a-6p PST.

You will hold a Bachelor's in Nutrition or Dietetics, RD licensure, and at least 2 years of professional dietetics experience, with licensure in multiple states supported by WellTheory.

• Registered Dietitian (RD) licensure through the Commission on Dietetic Registration or equivalent licensure in your state
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in dietetics

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with members to assess health concerns and create personalized care plans.
• Utilize functional nutrition and lab testing to tailor interventions to root causes.
• Guide members on anti-inflammatory diets and lifestyle factors such as stress, sleep, and movement.
• Participate in specialized training to build expertise in functional nutrition and autoimmune protocols.
• Work cross-functionally to integrate WellTheory’s care model into the broader healthcare system

The Role

Registered Dietitian

WellTheory is expanding our Registered Dietitian team. In this role, you’ll partner with us to deliver our proprietary care program to members. This is a full-time remote role with benefits, working Monday - Friday 10a-6p PST.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution

• Registered Dietitian (RD) licensure through the Commission on Dietetic Registration or equivalent licensure in your state

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in dietetics, with demonstrated expertise in:

• Preferred experience for Registered Dietitians:

• Preferred experience for Functional Registered Dietitians, in addition to above:

• Willingness to obtain licensure in multiple states (WellTheory will cover the cost)

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with members to assess health concerns and provide personalized care plans using a functional nutrition approach

• Leverage functional lab testing to evaluate nutrient deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, and gut health, tailoring interventions to address root causes

• Guide members in adopting sustainable, anti-inflammatory diets , addressing lifestyle factors like stress, sleep, and movement

• Participate in specialized training to build expertise in functional nutrition and autoimmune protocols

• Work cross-functionally to integrate WellTheory’s care model into the broader healthcare system
