Job summary

CSR Nutrition is seeking a licensed Registered Dietitian to lead comprehensive nutrition care in long-term care settings. You will perform assessments, deliver MNT, and ensure documentation aligns with CMS/AHCA standards. You’ll participate in IDT meetings and lead QAPI audits across dietary services.

The role requires strong communication and teamwork, with potential partial remote options and statewide collaboration via EMR systems. Florida licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Florida-licensed RD (or RD-Eligible) with verification.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Comprehensive Nutrition Assessments and interventions.
• Deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) aligned with CMS and AHCA standards.
• Complete charting for initials, quarterlies, annuals, post-hospitalizations, and significant changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in IDT meetings.
• Conduct audits (kitchen, supplements, dining) and lead QAPI initiatives.
• Provide oversight of dietary services and ensure accurate menu implementation.
• Offer telehealth consults and document using EMR systems and NFPE practices.
