Job summary

CSR Nutrition is seeking a Florida-licensed Registered Dietitian to perform comprehensive nutrition assessments and deliver MNT in long-term, assisted, and independent living settings. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in IDT meetings to optimize patient care.

The role includes charting for medical initials and annuals, conducting audits, and providing telehealth consults with EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Florida-licensed Registered Dietitian (or RD-Eligible with verification)
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Team-oriented with strong communication and documentation skills
• Patient-centered, evidence-based care passion

Responsibilities

• Perform Comprehensive Nutrition Assessments and interventions
• Deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) in alignment with CMS and AHCA standards
• Complete charting for initials, quarterlies, annuals, post-hospitalizations, and significant changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in IDT meetings
• Conduct audits (kitchen, supplements, dining) and lead QAPI initiatives
• Provide oversight of dietary services and ensure accurate menu implementation
• Offer telehealth consults and document using EMR systems and NFPE practices
