A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Lead Registered Dietitian to ensure high standards of nutrition and dietary services. The role involves collaborating with a treatment team, conducting assessments, and implementing personalized dietary plans. Compensation Range: $67,000 - 75,000 per year
Compensation will be dependent upon geographic region, education, and experience

The Lead Registered Dietitian is responsible to consult in a collaborative fashion with the Director of Nutrition & Wellness, and the treatment team to ensure the best standard of nutrition and dietary services are occurring. The Lead RD also collaborates with all of the other RDs and Diet Techs (DTs) to ensure that, within the facility, the dietary program is organized and executed to the Discovery's standards. The RD completes a Dietary Assessment when indicated and directed by the treatment team. The RD meets with all assigned patients weekly, conducts Nutrition Education Groups and Dietary Experientials and oversees the responsibilities of the Diet Technician.
