Job summary

Recruit Secure is partnering with a large Queens skilled nursing facility to recruit a highly motivated Registered Dietitian for direct hire. The RD will provide nutritional care for residents and collaborate with medical and interdisciplinary teams.

The successful candidate must be a registered RD with 1-2 years in skilled nursing, proficient in nutritional assessments and care plan development, and familiar with MDS and EMR software. A full benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dietitian (RD).
• 1-2 years of experience in Skilled Nursing Homes or LTC facilities.
• Knowledgeable with State and Federal DOH rules and regulations for Skilled Nursing Homes.
• Expertise in performing Nutritional Assessments.
• Expertise in creating and modifying Nutritional Care Plans.
• Familiar with MDS and EMR software for Clinical Documentation.
• Excellent communication skills.

Recruit Secure is collaborating with a large (200++ beds), highly rated Skilled Nursing Home in Queens, NY, that is seeking a highly motivated Registered Dietitian (RD) for direct hire. The Dietitian will provide nutritional care for residents.

The successful candidate will be a certified RD with 1-2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Home, including assessing, evaluating, and monitoring the effectiveness of dietary care plans to provide high-quality care. Additionally, the RD will possess excellent communication skills to work effectively with Medical and interdisciplinary teams, residents, and their families.
