Fairway Oaks Center in Florida is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our skilled nursing facility team.

This position offers a salary of $70,000–$77,000 with a stable schedule, comprehensive benefits, and an interdisciplinary care approach focused on resident health. You will assess residents, develop care plans, provide counseling, and collaborate with nursing, therapy, and dietary staff to ensure safe, compliant nutrition services.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Dietitian in good standing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
• Experience in long-term care or SNF preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate residents' nutritional needs in an SNF.
• Create, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans.
• Provide counseling and education to residents, families, and staff.
• Partner with nursing, therapy, and dietary staff to coordinate care.
• Document assessments, progress, and updates in medical records.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and SNF dietary regulations.
• Support food service operations to maintain safety, quality, and satisfaction.
