Creekside Center in Stockton, CA is hiring a part-time Registered Dietitian (RD) to join our compassionate care team. You will assess residents’ nutritional needs, advise the clinical team, and help tailor therapeutic diets to support quality of life.
The ideal candidate holds a Registered Dietitian License with 3–5 years in acute or long-term care, understands skilled nursing regulations, and is focused on aging populations. PCC experience is a plus.

As the Part-Time Registered Dietitian (RD), you will be responsible for assessing the nutritional care of each resident/patient in the center. You will advise the clinical team, dietary department, and Administration on the nutritional status of residents, including lab value interpretation, nutritional intake, consumption patterns, food/drug interactions, therapeutic diets, and overall customer satisfaction. Your role is key to ensuring optimal nutrition for our residents and maintaining high standards of care.
