Job summary

AMG Specialty Hospital-Northwest Indiana is seeking a PRN Dietitian to advise and counsel inpatients on nutrition, assess dietary needs, and plan therapeutic diets. You will supervise dietary staff and ensure meals meet orders and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advises and counsels inpatient on food and nutrition.

• Oversees and implements preparation and service of meals for patients in the hospital.
• Ensures dietary department compliance with company guidelines and laws.

Responsible for oversight of dietary staff and theirperformance as well as ensuring the dietary department is in compliance withcompany guidelines; state, federal and other governing bodies laws andregulations.Assures patients areconsistently served diets as ordered following guidelines for meal times andmeal temperatures.
