Job summary

Spring Hill Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a Registered Dietitian to provide high-quality nutritional care to patients and promote healthy living. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field.
Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) as an RD.

Responsibilities

Conduct initial nutrition assessments and develop personalized meal plans to meet patient needs.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure patient dietary needs are met.
Monitor patient progress and adjust meal plans to achieve optimal nutrition outcomes.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on proper nutrition and meal planning.
Develop and implement nutrition programs and menus for diverse patient needs.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to uphold high nutrition service standards.
