Responsible for coordinating the plan of care/interventions and consulting with other members of the health care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.* Demonstrates Proficiency in Standards of Practice (Nutrition Assessment, Nutrition Diagnosis, Nutrition Intervention/Plan of Care and Nutrition Monitoring and Evaluation.* Demonstrates Proficiency in Standards of Professional Performance (Quality In Practice, Competency/Accountability, Provisions of Services, Application of Research, Communication and Applications of Knowledge and Utilization and Management of Resources).* Uses Nutrition Care Process (NCP) ADIME-assessment, diagnosis, intervention, monitoring and evaluation for patient's nutritional assessment.* Performs Nutrition Focused Physical Exam (NFPE) and documenting clinical criteria to demonstrate patients with malnutrition.* Collaborates with other members of the healthcare team regarding patients nutrition plan of care.* Completes yearly department competency and other performance improvement projects as assigned.* Uses Evidence Based Practice in patient care.* Serves as a preceptor to dietetic interns.Employee has 90 days from hire to get their secondary state license.# **Job Requirements**Applicable Experience:Less than 1 yearLicensed Dietician (MO) - Missouri Division of Professional Registration, Registered Dietitian - Commission of Dietetic Registration (CDR)Bachelor's Degree# **Job Details**Part TimeDay (United States of America)
