Job summary

CSR Nutrition is seeking a Florida-licensed Registered Dietitian to join our collaborative nutrition team in long-term care settings. You will perform comprehensive nutrition assessments, deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy per CMS/AHCA standards, and document thoroughly in EMR systems.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, lead QAPI initiatives, oversee dietary services, and provide telehealth consultations while ensuring accurate menu implementation across facilities.

Qualifications

• Florida-licensed Registered Dietitian (or RD-Eligible with verification).
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Team-oriented with strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Comprehensive Nutrition Assessments and interventions.
• Deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) per CMS/AHCA standards.
• Complete charting for initials, quarterlies, annuals, and significant changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in IDT meetings.
• Conduct audits and lead QAPI initiatives.
• Provide oversight of dietary services and ensure menu accuracy.
• Offer telehealth consults and document using EMR.

Your Role:

• Offer telehealth consults and document using EMR systems and NFPE practices

Qualifications:

• Florida-licensed Registered Dietitian (or RD-Eligible with verification)
• Experience in long-term care preferred
