Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition services at a long-term care facility in Tennessee. You will assess residents' nutrition needs, develop care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.

This role features Monday–Friday with flexible schedules, on-site work in Westmoreland, and opportunities for hands-on training, career development, and ongoing compliance with CMS and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
• Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required by state/local/customers.
• RD-Eligible and provisional state licensure accepted in certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents/patients nutrition needs and document care plans.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized nutrition plans based on clinical data.
• Provide nutrition education to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS/state/federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
