Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC in Bennington, VT is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team for 30 hours per week, with hybrid hours and at least 8 hours on site. The role focuses on applying the Nutrition Care Process in patient assessments within a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• CDR credentialing required.
• Dietitian licensure required (VT or eligible).
