Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team in Bremerton, WA. This role offers a 24 hours/week schedule with a flexible, hybrid arrangement.

The successful candidate will complete clinical nutrition assessments, document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, and collaborate with the care plan team. MDS - Section K, TF calculations, and wound/weight-change recommendations are included in the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• CDR credentialed dietitian required.
• Dietetic licensure required.
• Positive attitude and client-centered approach.
• Good communication skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
