Job summary

Healthcare Services Group Inc. seeks a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition services at a long-term care facility. Pay starts at $37.00 per hour and up, based on experience and other knowledge.

Responsibilities include assessing residents’ nutrition needs, developing and documenting plans in the EMR, educating patients and families, collaborating with care teams, and ensuring CMS/state compliance. Monday–Friday with flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Certification/License in good standing in the state of practice.
• Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition regulations (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude when communicating with occupants, administration, and leadership.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required by state, local, or customers.
• If multi-site, must have a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Assess the clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and document the plan in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans based on clinical findings, labs, and weight trends.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage in multiple buildings as needed.
