Job summary
Healthcare Services Group, Inc. invites an experienced Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition services at a long-term care facility.

Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian with current licensure in state of practice.
- Strong organizational and communication skills for team collaboration.
- Knowledge of nutrition care regulations and CMS/state requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents' clinical nutrition needs and document plans in EMR.
- Develop and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings.
- Provide nutrition education to residents, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.
- Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
